Just from looking from the surrounding area and just in my neighborhood, I can see that the interest in the neighborhood alone is picking up.
Neighbors are doing a great job of cleaning up their yards, planting flowers, paving sidewalks, etc...
This is a nice site to see considering just a year ago, there were foreclosure signs going up everywhere.
People are getting to know each other again. A pleasant site to see indeed.
